a really big part of my spiritual practice that I somehow forgot in recent years is just cleaning. you know the whole “cleanliness is next to godliness.”
I don’t use the word or name GOD a lot to refer to universal consciousness but the phrase works well here because when you keep your spaces clean, you’re telling Spirit two things: that you take care of what you have + that you can handle more.
you cannot bring more into your life and hold onto it if you don’tmake it a practice to take care of what you already have.
there’s also something to be said about clearing the way physically to manifest things into your reality. like clearing half of your closet when you want a new lover. getting rid of old shit to make way for new shit. you get it.
now, go clean those baseboards. love ya.
